由IEEE和重庆环球联合科学技术研究院联合主办，西安培华学院承办的2016 第1届IEEE先进信息管理、通信、电子与自动化控制国际会议（IMCEC 2016）已经于2016年10月3-5日在中国西安成功召开。大会吸引了来至美国，英国，澳大利亚，日本，马来西亚，巴基斯坦，埃及，土耳其，中国等十余个国家共计百余专家学者参加，就计算机网络、数据通信、网络技术、服务和应用程序、无线通信，自动控制等方面的课题进行了深入的交流与讨论。
